Sending from your firm's own email address

Connect your firm mailbox so client emails come from your domain. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are supported today.

By default, Admiin sends client emails from our own address. You can connect your firm mailbox instead, so documents, invoices and signing links arrive from your own domain.

Which email providers are supported

Admiin currently connects to two mailbox providers:

  • Google Workspace (Gmail)

  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook)

These are the only providers we can connect to at the moment. We plan to support other email providers in future.

How to connect your firm mailbox

  1. Go to Settings, then Integrations.

  2. Find the Firm email sending section.

  3. Choose your provider and follow the prompts to sign in and grant access.

Once connected, client emails send from your firm address instead of ours.

If your mailbox is hosted somewhere else

If your domain email is not hosted by Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, you will not be able to connect it yet. Your own domain address can still be used to sign in to Admiin, and your client emails will keep sending from the Admiin address as normal, so nothing stops working.

Not sure who hosts your email? Your IT provider or whoever set up your domain will know. Support for more providers is on our roadmap, so let our support team know which provider you use and we will factor it in.
