When you send a task in Admiin, your client receives an email with a secure link to view, sign or pay it. If they say nothing arrived, it is almost always one of a few simple things. Work through the checks below in order.
The most common cause is a small typo in the client's email. Open the task from your Home queue and check the recipient address in the task detail panel. If it is wrong, update the client's contact details, then resend.
Admiin emails can land in a junk, spam or clutter folder, especially the first time a client hears from us. Ask them to search their inbox for "Admiin" and to check any filtered folders. Adding your firm and Admiin to their contacts helps future emails arrive cleanly.
Open the task and resend it to the client. This triggers a fresh email to the same address. Give it a few minutes, as email delivery is not always instant.
If the email still is not arriving, copy the secure link for the task and send it to the client directly from your own email. The link opens the same signing or payment page, so your client can act on it straight away while you sort out the email delivery.
Admiin does not block access by country, so a client travelling or based overseas can open their link. If an international client sees a blank screen or the page will not load, it is usually their local network or email provider filtering the message, not Admiin. In that case, ask them to try a different network or browser, or send them the link directly so they can open it outside their email.
If your client still cannot receive or open the task after these steps, contact our support team and include the task link. We can check delivery on our side and help get it to your client.
